Transfer Window Now Open

With transfer deadline day now behind us and with players on international break it means that the first transfer window of the season is now open!

It’s time to ditch those dunderheads from your team and look to make improvements that will drag you up the league table. New players should have been added into the competition after the transfer antics of the last few days so it’s time to make those all important changes. Is Mad Mario Balotelli worth a punt? Would you be a fool to select Falcao?

Nathan Dyer is the top man at the moment with 39 points, while Crystal Palace striker Dwight Gayle has scored a reputable 33 points. And if you’d put Tottingham duo Hugo Lloris and Eric Dier in your team you’d be 63 points better off.

However, if you thought that the Everton backbone were going to see you through the season then you may want to think again. Tim Howard, despite his heroics in the World Cup for Team USA, is the lowest scoring player in the competition with -8 points, while Sylvain Distin, Leighton Baines and Phil Jagielka also have negative points.

You have until the morning of the 13th September to make your changes so don’t make your transfers straight away, there are international games over the next 10 days and you never know if a player’s going to get injured!
