Enner To End Stuff

Hull and West Ham fought out an entertaining 2-2 draw last night at the KC Stadium, in which three players scored goals on their debuts, two of which were first class strikes.

Firstly, Abel Hernandez scored a header from the edge of the box to give Hull the lead but West Ham equalised just after half time when Enner Valencia unleashed a 30 yard strike that even Steve Bruce called a “wonder goal”. Mo Daime scored against his former club to restore Hull’s lead and then Hull keeper McGregor let a weak Sakho shot slip through his hands and the ball went in via Curtis Davies’ legs.

Attentions will now turn to Europe as Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Man Citeh all get their Champions League journeys underway on Tuesday and Wednesday, before Tottingham and Everton play their Europa League games on Thursday
